BAD SERVICE -RCT and Rectron LTD

I purchased a tablet from this brand in Dec 2020. In Feb 2021 the tab screen cracked. I have tried contacting the product owner and the supplier regarding the repairs. Shoo what bad service. The tech dept in CPT told me that the screen is only available in Aug 2021. The Technical manager in the Jozi Rectron branch just told me it is cheaper to buy a new one and my son should be more careful not to drop it next time. How is that customer service. Really pathetic. Its almost like buying a gimmick. just buy another one!!! I am disgusted that companies feel that you have money to waste.
