Confused and worried

<p>Hi i have just recieved a call from recruitment4sa the consultant name that contacted me was Deanne Joyce telling me that I was shortlisted for a vacancy that I had app**** for and emailed me the application form which I have to email back in the next 2 days. My problem is on the 3rd page they ask you for your complete banking details, which worried and confused me so I contacted Deanne and asked why the reply I got was that it was to see if I was involved in ********** acts. My concern is can they ask you for you banking details and what stops them from *****ing my money straight out of my account. Please help urgent. Thank you </p>
