Clutch kit rip-off

I’m so angry with Recovery Tow Company in September 2020 I was on the freeway in Durban near Pavilion Shopping Mall around 9pm with a friend. I called this company they did a good job towing my car to their premises in Glenwood. They offered to keep it there so they can be the ones to buy the required clutch kit needed to fix my car and also do the job themselves. The bill I received was for towing service, the new clutch kit and their services of putting it for me in the car. To my astonishment my car has been giving me a problem lately and my new mechanic said I had to buy a new clutch kit!!!! I told him I paid for a clutch kit 1yr & 4 months ago so it’s impossible. He then told me they actually didn’t put a new clutch kit they put back my old one so I’m only buying a new one one which cost R1500 whereas Recovery Tow Company said to me they bought a new clutch kit for me in 2020 which cost them R3000. This was a blatant rip-off I’m so angry I lost so much money to them I don’t even have slips anymore as I trusted them in 2020 thinking they were telling me the truth. I guess they just saw a stupid young female who knows nothing about cars😭
