Unprofessional Conduct

The company concerned does insurance recovery claims. My brother was involved in an accident while driving my vehicle. The recoveries manager - Chriszane Le Batie tried to convince me I will be sued for the damages because i own the car - nevermind the fact that I was not even in the car and they have a valid driver to sue.
