Unhappy with Mirriam at SAYA recoveries

I have been paying my Planet Fitness account via SAYA recoveries who was charging me unreasonable interests for calls made and emails sent. I eventually managed to settle the account and Mirriam promised to send me letter of account closure between 7 and 21 working days, still waiting even today. SAYA recoveries are a day light *******.
