They cover for their clients who commit hit and runs

Once of Recoveries Direct clients bumped into me and drove off, leaving me with damage onmy car. I was meant to get feedback from them this week but I have heard nothing from them unless I myself call. When I do call the consultant handling my claim is never there and when she does speak to me she speaks in Sesotho instead of English as if their are trying to hide away facts from the recording. Their response is slow, they don't give feedback and they intepret facts in a manner that makes their client look innocent. They have agreed to sort my claim out by this week but it is the end of the week and nothing is sorted out. Terrible company with terrible clients.
