Do not apply for Finance at Recor Bank

Recor Bank, apparently a private bank, are advertising all over gumtree that they offer vehicle finance and homeloans. I app**** for vehicle finance with them and everything seemed legit until I paid them a holding fee. Richard Sangweni promised me that all was in order and the dealer will be paid in the next two days. It has now been weeks. They are not answering my calls and when I wanted to go to their offices found that they do not really have offices but just virtual offices with Regent. These people are not a bank but a ****. Do not be like me and be taken for a ride by them. Be warned.
