Audiologist poor service

Pathetic service. Don't use these audiologists they are unprofessional and don't value their customers. I was charged for tests and was asked to come in, in two weeks and repeat the same tests and pay again. The owner was arrogant and didn't listen to assist but rather she wanted to respond sarcastically. Seriously pathetic
