I lost my money.

Around March last year a friend of mine bought me a voucher in Midrand branch, the time I was supposed to go that's when lock down started so I could not go by then. I tried calling them but the phone would just ring with no answer until I spoke to someone on Instagram and they told me that midrand branch has closed. I then explained to the lady that I have a voucher which I still have even today. I was asked for a proof of payment but could not provide one since the voucher was bought cash and could not see the reason to keep the receipt because I had a voucher which I believe when you go to the spar they take it so that you don't use it again. I never got assisted so i was a loss. I am very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. I was so looking forward to go to the spar but it never happened. I don't know why would I have a voucher if it was not purchased.
