I don't know why there is no Zero rating. Their cancelation policy is sh$*&^#t. Who charges 85% of the booking fee . I was looking forward to go with my girls. One of my friends lost their loved one and we cant go without her at this time.... Cancelation fee is whooping 85% and 15% of Rescheduling as if we knew things will be like that..... uDoti..... of a Day Spa, now we will be forced to go but I don't think we will enjoy there.
