Complaint about Reconnect Day Spa - I REQUSTED REFUND

On the 30 Jan 2019 I bought a voucher for 5x people that was on special for Feb 2019 and they requested me to put a reference (Your Name, Location and Date) and I have done that. My Reference read - Midrand Phumza 23FEB 3 days before the date (19 Feb 2019) I have put as a reference (My appointment day) I contacted them just to confirm my appointment only to find out that they are fully booked on the date I indicated as a reference on their Proof Of Payment I had sent to them What's the point of putting a reference if they are not going to look at it?? They called me and they were very RUDE, I asked them to book me for the day I indicated on the POP as their requirement or REFUND me. They asked for my Banking details and I sent them and I never got any response notifying me that they received my banking details and when to expect my R500.00 They never respond to your messages and they are so RUDE.
