Poor service and communication

Great mechanic, bit very poor communication from the business owner. I already spent R5000 and the job is not completed yet. I also did not receive any invoices. The owner keeps saying the mechanic will come back, but then assigns him to other jobs and then he also doesn't answer when try to call him. Very, very poor and disappointing service from the business owner.
