Unreliable, Unfair, Irrisponsive, Poor Materials, Poor customer service

I bought a couch 2 years ago, it started to give a problem on the joints at the first 12 months, they took it and fixed it at my cost, now it pilled of on the joint again and 3 parts of the sofer have cracked [Poor material]. I called them, and they say it is not their responsibility, they cannot fix it or refund me.
