I was happy buying from recliner online 2 years ago thinking i am buying the best qaulity, with guarantee. The fabric they use is next to plastic, i did report early last year of a tearing i was noticing but i got no help. Not the tearing is stating in other places bit bit and i am told there is no guarantee on the fabric. Like how, because the fabric looks like leather, but is now tearing like plastic. One would say its been 2 years, but the tearings started in a space of a year actualy.I am so dissapointed i should have rather gone for a normal store where its expected that the material is poor than to have so much hope and trust.
