Logistics Team stood me up!

The only reason I gave them a one is because I had to make a selection. My delivery date was scheduled 2weeks ago, and a confirmation call was done a day before the scheduled delivery date to confirm that my order will be delivered. I made arrangements to avail myself, guess what? I’ve been waiting since morning!

The lady that was arranging for the delivery knocked off and did not even have the decency to advice me that the delivery will not happen as scheduled! Instead she left the poor driver to make arrangements to deliver at night! who approved for that delivery? and who said I was available at night? What happened to the initial plan? It’s pure DISRESPECT and INCOMPETENCY!!

Let’s RESPECT each other’s time and keep to agreed dates!! I’m extremely disappointed!!
