Horrible chair, horrible response

I saved for months to buy my red leather recliner..wish I went on holiday with that money rather. I am extremely unhappy with my chair and when I complained about it, I was told by Taniel from reliner 0nline to sell it privately 😡😡😡 Seriously..now they want to offer me a voucher for a friend...not a chance!!!!!
