False promises

I have purchased couches part of their black friday sale back on the 25th of November 2024. They constantly have excuses and pushback expected delivery dates with the latest one being 17th of March 2025. You can never get ahold of them on their landline. On their whatsapp chat and barely via email. When requesting a refund a 25% admin fee is charged because your product is "currently in production" .Their stores close down faster than you can go back to talk to someone. This company is an absolute joke. If you ever see this place or look at their couches. Dont walk away. RUN !
