Vanish & Cobra

<p>I sent my complaint to candice du pont on 2nd September 2016, it is now 20th October 2016 and still my complaint has not been resolved? Seriously???? Why have a customer services if they don't do anything?</p> <p>The neck of my vanish bottle had a slit when I purchased it and almost came off completely after a couple times of being used and in the process wasted half the bottle.</p> <p>Cobra lid was fused shut and so can't even open it so have to use warm water!</p>
