T-shirt ruined by Vanish crystals.

I bought some Vanish Crystals to sort out a fat stain. A long story Short, the shirt was destroyed, it was a Harley Davidson t-shirt, my brother brought from the U. S. for me and although it was old, it held together well. The shirt dye turned dark red, ruining the shirt and all Reckit beciniser offered me was a Takealot voucher, saying that the product wasn't faulty and that I probably never followed instructions to the letter which I had and I had. The crystals work so well on T. V. yet at home a different tale. Anyone using or has the crystals, don't..... buy the liquid instead.
