SA seems to manufacture or import inferior VANISH

I complained about a week ago (on Vanish Facebook page) with regards to a Vanish Preen Spray product, that after using 2x, the trigger spray no longer works and the gel is simply pouring out in large wasteful quantities. I even sent a video clip of the faulty product when I was asked to supply them with batch numbers, place of purchase etc. Since then I have had no further feedback. Being an architect involved in construction I have noticed how products manufactured in SA nowadays are being produced at a much inferior standard than before and imports seem to be of the standard that would be rejected in the first world, however in SA we pay the same prices for these 3rd grade items as one would pay for them in Europe. I know this as I live and work both in SA and in Europe. I thus pay premium prices for international and strong brands hoping for a superior product so when I realise that SA Vanish at a premium price is no better than a local brand at half the price I get really annoyed as I feel I'm being ********** once more. I have been using this product for a decade in Europe with never a problem but here in SA my complaint just gets ignored. Really unprofessional.
