Reckitt Benckiser Customer Service Sucks

I called Reckitts office in Elandsfontein about 5 times before the call was answered. I merely wanted to complain about the defective Dettol No Touch Hand Sanitizers being sold. I have 3 in my possession . Previously when I complained I received a voucher. This time I was sent from pillar to post and eventually got a number for Customer Care. I spoke to a guy supposedly called - Albert. He refused to provide me with his surname. He very clearly told me to take the item back to the store. Why am I calling the Supplier to complain only to be sent back to the store who did not manufacture the product! If your calls are being recorded , I called at 9.32am this morning and spoke to the most arrogant person . When I asked to speak to a Manager I was told that there is no Manager. What utter nonsense for such a large company? You train your staff to lie. I wont be buying any of your products and will be spreading the word as well. There are many other Manufacturers who do care about Customer Service.
