Preen Soaker

We have a guest house and use the product on a daily basis. For more than 2 months it is unavaible in any store in the Southern Cape and in Bellville. One manager said it was withdrawn from the market. On phoning the consumer line I was told it is available and I must speak to every manager to ask why they do not order it. I said that it is nowhere available and I cannot call every manager, there must be something wrong with the distribution. The reply was totally unsatisfying and on checking the internet, the product is not available at any Makro either. As consumer, surely, it is not my responsibility to check your distribution? The attitude of your consumer line is not to your advantage either.
