Non-existent service

I have been trying for almost 7 days to get hold of the brand manager for Dr Scholl foot products at Reckitt Benckiser S.A. (Pty) Ltd - with absolutely zero luck.<br> <br> This after leaving numerous messages. Not even a courtesy call back was received. Just goes to show - the lady in this position does not have sufficient marketing training nor any interest in what the consumer has to say - surely this will prove to her detriment in the long run. Ever heard of brand d a m a g e?????<br> <br> Shockingly bad service from this company - to such a degree that I will now go out of my way to avoid purchasing any products manufactured by them. Your competition has very similar products that you have on offering thus I will buy from them in future.
