Jumping the buck Bad attitude

I use the Dettol hand wash dispensers in my guest units. This is a expensive alternative to a bar of soap but mir hygienic. Three dispensers in a row now disappointed me, the dispensers are used every day and does not even 9months in use, just went faulty. I approached the consumer department WHO IS NOT IN THE LEAST INTERESTED TO ASSIST ME. IF I cannot present a till slip!!! They cannot no sorry, correction they ARE NOT INTERESTED to assist you!! Till slips in any way FADE within a month!! Tell me is there any lady who stores her Pick&Pay or Clicks or whatever store, groceries till slip. SA DO N O T. BUY DETTOL HANDWASH DISPENSERS. AGE OLD STORY...IT ID ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY MONEY MONEY! No interest in customer care
