JIK PRODUCT CAP BRAKES TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

My challenge with Reckitt started when I complained on the 5 June this year and thought me making them aware of their Jik cap problem I will never get this problem again. Guess what this month again bought their products same problem and you know what they say I must handle product with care. Imagine I now have Jik in my cupboard pinned on top for me to use it. Unless maybe wayforward for them is how we should use this product. First I bought 750ml and changed to 1l same cap get broken. And they promised to send a voucher "as a token of????" at first I was OK but know. Clearly they have a problem but failing to acknowledge and fix, their quality team says there is nothing wrong with their caps, so it means I am making this up.
