Jik caps faulty, causing damage to property

Customer service department shocking I had an incident with one of their products which was faulty and initially the service department was extremely helpful, but now they failing to respond to emails and call lines are not working. I suffered financial loss due to a defective lid( one of May Jik bottles in the same store photos available). The lids is clearly faulty due to a process in the manufacturing process. I am following the Hello Peter route only because of the customer complaints department has stopped communicating with me.
