I am utterly and extremely disappointed in RECKITT!!!

I have lodged a complaint over 2 weeks ago and no one gets back to me!!!!!

I have sent over 20 emails, made over 15 calls, I spoke to Kay once out of the 15 times and every time after that - "number is unreachable"!!!!! Had someone contact me via whatsApp and this person blatantly reads my mesaagws and does not respond!!!! THIS IS *******! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??? SUCH A HUGE COMPANY AND YET SO PATHETIC!
