Faulty Mortein PowerGard tin spray

I bought a can of Mortein PowerGard on 18 March and when I got home I noted it was half empty and when I tried to spray, it did not work.

There was also a leak because when I put it in a plastic bag to take back to the shop, the liquid was all around the tin.

I tried contacting the consumer line but this did not help because the call ends without me talking to anyone
