False Promises - Impossible to Reach

I was contacted on 5 December to say I had won a set of Le Creuset mugs from the online CPD centre. To this day I have not received them, I have tried several times to call RB on ********** 611. The number only rings. It is impossible to find another number to contact the company on. Extremely unprofessional service.
