Extremely upset parent: Vanish power O2

Good day <br> <br> I would just like to find out what I should do. I used the Vanish Power O2 powder on my boys clothes to soak, when I took it out the clothes were more stained then before I put it in plus the colors of the clothes made it even worse. I logged a complaint with Reckitt Benckiser but nobody has gotten back to me. I'm sitting with damaged goods and nobody is getting back to me with any feedback. This is a fairly expensive product so i would've thought it would work... too bad for me. I really need some assistance on this matter because I phone them on Friday again and I was told they will phone me back the same day but i'm still waiting. I just want results please.
