E45 competition no help with queries

I am struggling to contact some regarding a problem I have trying to enter a current competition http://www.e45cream.co.za/competitions/ More than 6 products that are claimed to be participating are giving incorrect entry. I have tired to contact Facebook but the inbox is automated, I call Consumer Care Line: ********** 100 its not answered then an American guy answered and gave ********** 611 but also nobody is answering.
