DAMAGED GOODS

Good Day Trust this finds you well. Our company owner purchased our Monthly needs for the staff. Whereby he stocks in bulk. with these being said, he purchase Air Wick Air Freshner as well being more than 5bottles. The one bottle which is the Air wick 6in1 Air Freshner, the spray cap is damaged, whereby when one wants to release the aerosole nothing comes out, only a sound within the bottle (bubble sound) one can hear, being the cap that is damaged whereby the arouma should come out. This is not the first encounter, our previous Air Wick bottle cap was aswell damamged when spiting the bottle the bottle leaks. This is not good at all as one pays for these products whereby it is not cheap as well, hence buying in bulk as Air Wick is suppose to be a very good product rather worth your penny to purchase. This is very dissapointing,

I trust this matter shall be resolved in the packaging of the goods.
