Bad Atitude and Non Existent Service

We are a company who supply firewood and are attempting to purchase Blitz firelighters in bulk. We called the phone number on the Blitz packet (***) and spoke to a call centre operator called Ntabiseng (sp?). She gave us a telephone number for sales (***). After trying for three days to get through to this number which just rings unanswered we called the call centre again. Ntabiseng refused to give us any alternate number or to allow us to speak to a supervisor or manager. When we asked for a phone number for head office she told us there was no head office, which is obviously untrue. She would not offer any further assistance and told us to just keep phoning the sales number. After several more attempts we finally managed to get through to a sales person named Denver. He was quite rude and unhelpful and insinuated that our order (1000 boxes) was not really worthwhile to them. He then said that he would organise for a sales rep to get in contact with us. We have heard nothing else since. <br> <br> This is an excellent product which we would really like to stock but it seems that they really couldn't be bothered to do business with smaller companies.
