Disgusted

A few months ago we consigned a number of items of furniture for sale on auction. I also included a box containing 16 old/ antique cameras that I have collected over the years. After waiting around 2 months, I contacted Brett Martin to enquire what has happened to the cameras as they appeared to have not been sold. His response was that the box was "somewhere" in his office, but he could not locate it. I waited about another month before calling again, this time Mr Martin was rude and aggressive telling me that they couldn't find the box and that I must just wait until they have time to look for it. Obviously I found this unacceptable and the call denigrated into a shouting match ended when Mr Martin slammed down the phone. I have JUST received another SMS message from Mr Martin telling me that they will inform me WHEN they locate the box, apparently this will happen in their good time with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. My personal opinion is that this company is completely unprofessional and the owner is rude, arrogant and without any concept of customer service.
