Absolutely ridiculous service. They committed to delivering and a day before the products were needed, they said they’re unable to deliver. A week later they still have not refunded me or attempted to refund me. Communication is very poor and only through WhatsApp. Unprofessional throughout, no apology or even attempt to resolve the situation.
