Despite many messages both on WhatsApp and email, they are still reluctant to refund me. I have asked politely and threatened their business with social media exposure. I had one single reply with all sorts of excuses. They promised me a refund, It's been 2 months now since placing a big order with them online for bulk fruits. Lost a lot of money! Beware! **** artists. Do not buy from them. And make it known on all platforms. They should be be banned from Facebook and reported everywhere.
