Pathectic service ever

Never deal with this brokerage, their so called stupid director Thabo Mojapelo never wanna own to his mistakes or be accountable.Their brokers dont listen attentively and you may end up signing policies not written correctly or be misinformed.You write him emails, he ignores you, now my question is, does he even know customer services or is that how low the brokerage is?
