ReboundSA cannot run a business from abroad

I bought a rebounder from ReboundSA in November 2024. I have bought the specific one that can hold a support bar for more advanced exercises, but at the time, it was out of stock. On April 25, 2025, I wrote an email requesting when the bar would be back in stock. On May 9, 2025, I got an email claiming they are on an extended working holiday abroad and have stopped importing the bars until further notice. I also cannot buy directly from the supplier, because they only sell in bulk. I would definitely not recommend this company since the after-sales care is non-existent. They do not care to keep you as a customer. I will sell the rebounder and rather go to their direct competition for better service. In this day and age, if you cannot run a business successfully from abroad, then maybe you should just not have a business.
