I called them to check why there is no hot water in my shower, the whole house & the basin even in the same bathroom has hot water. They also had to check the bathtrap in another bathroom. The guy called Charles told me they will take pictures of what is wrong & give quote. If I approve the quote the R495 Callout fee will fall off. They went to the house & continue fixing the faults without giving me quote & without me approvong, he claimed the technician have rewired the geyser element when I say the water is heated by heat pump. The story changes that they rewired the heat pump, not forgetting the whole house had hot water. He charges the so called rewiring R1507. 70 Bathtrap. R762. 30 Callout fee. R495.00 Total. R2765. 00
