Worst service ever !!!!!!

The service I have recieved dealing with Rebirth Onsite Repairs is the worst I have every come across in my life. The promised that my air con wil be repaired and installed on the following working day. I have made a number of calls to Charlie and Walter were they promise one thing and never holds up to their end of thee discussion. Theyways have a new story why they cant repair the unit. This has been going on for abit more than a month now. I have requested that they return my unit and refund the deposit that has been paid. I will never refer anyone to make use of thier services
