terrible customer service

my fridge was repaired by them for not cooling in November 2021, February 2022 same issue arose, called them in, inspection done and was told the Inverter piece board must be replaced and it will cost me 2800.i decided not to take that quotation but their technician left with my not so working board and i didn't even know it was taken till another technician i called came and told me its gone. I've been trying to get them to return it back for over a week now with everyday being told the technician will be in the area to return. Today I'm told they will courier it back to me by next monday, who is going to fit it back to where it was on my fridge exactly? Charles and Jonathan are the guys i spoke to regarding the return and they have not been helpful at all. Would never use them again
