Should have done my homework!

Very poor service...should have done my homework! "Repairs" cost R5000 for Speedqueen...original problem not solved. I suspect they are using second hand parts to patch repairs. They do not stand by their guarantees as they did not get new parts from product providers. Sent a complaint to Consumer Goods and services Ombud.
