Empty promises and no delivery

I've paid for a fix on my washing machine last year in November. Since then I had to follow up on a part they have to replace and paid for. I'm now fed up with having to phone and follow up with no one coming to assist me! Do not use this company, they cannot fix your appliances and cannot give service.
