Bad service, Poor repair

<p>I was initially impressed with their quick response time and the repairs made, but the fridge stopped working the next day (water leaking) and I called to have them come check. They never came, and two days later I had to call someone else. They still haven't sent me my invoice as well. No follow-ups, bad service. They have been saying that emails/ sms's were sent but none have been received after multiple call backs. </p> <p> </p> <p>Been speaking to Joseph and Julia but still no feedback. This is unprofessional and terrible service. They keep saying Mike the technician is busy but don't have the decency to send someone else to fix the fridge. Had no fridge for two days before having to ask someone else for help.<br /><br />Would not recommend these guys.</p>
