Bad service

I called the company to come fix my fridge on the 16.03.2016,they came and quote me and i paid the said amount and the fridge was fixed.The fridge only worked for a week,and in return had to throw away food because it was spoilt. I called them and they only sent out a different technician who came 2 weeks later,after fighting and calls that i had to make to get the service.A guy by the name of Lucas came and told me that he needed to get some parts for the fridge as the previous technician did not do a good job.Even to date my fridge is still not fixed and I have been so inconvenienced a lot.I have sent sms's,emails and no-one even bothers to respond back to me.<br> I have been given a run-around and empty promises that the fridge will be fixed by Brendan
