Bad guarentee!

I made use of Rebirth Onsite Repairs to repair my deepfreeze. We had to pay them R1200.00 immediately after the work was done. This work was guaranteed for 6 months.<br> <br> After two days the deepfreeze was still not freezing and we requested them to come out again. It took two weeks for them to come out again.This time they said something else was wrong and wanted to charge us an additional R1600.00. <br> <br> They supposedly guarantee their work but I have paid them and the freezer is still not working. They refuse to honor this guarantee. <br> <br> Charlie always promises to call back, which he never does. When I said I was going to call the owner he informed me that the owner is not involved in the everyday running of the business. The website clearly says owner managed????!!!<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
