Very disappointed

I am usually so happy with the service and the quality. My first message when I contact via WhatsApp is the "Ad" for the special with 2 x large pizza and 4 x CinnaRebels. which I ordered after a few confused messages and then get told that the CinnaRebels are out of stock. Seriously!!! It's month end - how could you not be prepared.
