Staff follow owner disgusting service

The last 4 times , I have recieved nothing but disgusting service from the online order staff. I complained about it about a month ago, the owner rep**** saying he would contact me, I'm still waiting.. This goes to show that it is not the fault of the staff that their service is disgusting, they simply follow the example of the owner who just does not give a **** as he needs not more clients..
