Spiteful staff who can’t update an App

Made the mistake of ordering from Rebels Pizza Centurion on Uber Eats. The app stated they would deliver between 18:10 and 18:30. They use their own driver, so you can’t track him. At 18:30 the app says almost here, so I went out. Nothing… for a very long time. Phoned the shop, First Lady answered and just put the phone on the counter. Thereafter I phoned again, male employee claimed he didn’t know who the shop owner was, nor what the manager (Thabo)’s surname was??? He then pretended to search where my order was so that he could use my cell airtime: how spiteful. I stood outside, as a woman alone, for an hour because these idiots did not bother to update the delivery time on the app. The pizza was allegedly already ready before 18:30, so when it arrived at 19:28 it was ice cold. You can’t reheat pizza - it goes limp/soggy.
