Rebels Pizza Lyttelton Centurion very disappointing service

I ordered lunch at Rebels Pizza Lyttelton yesterday at 12h30. The pizza arrived at 14h20 almost 2 hours after I ordered it. So much for having lunch. The Pizza's were lukewarm and the Slushy was already smelted and had one big chunk of solid ice. Very poor service, and if that wasn't enough to give your business a bad name, when I phoned they're keep telling me the pizza is on it's way. Even the so called manager on duty didn't make sure to replace the slushy with a fresh one, no common sense at all. These guys must catch a wakeup!!!
